Internship Overview
The Road Accident Fund is committed to youth skills development, providing graduates with an opportunity to gain work-based experience. Applications are invited from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 25. The Internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months.

Governance, Risk & Compliance Interns
National Diploma or Degree in:
- Information Technology
- Computer Science/Systems
- Risk Management
- Internal Audit
Business Relationship Management Interns
- Bachelor’s Degree or an advanced Diploma in: Information Technology or related qualification.
Organisational Transformation Interns
Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in:

- B degree in Law/LLB
Policy Regulations Interns

- Advanced Diploma / B Degree in: HR / Human Resources
- Added advantage: Certification in ETDP (Education Training and Development Practices) at NQF 4/5 / SDF certificate
Panel Management Interns
