If you’re currently unemployed and eager to develop your potential while building a bright future with a leading insurer, Guardrisk has an exciting opportunity for you!We’re looking for dynamic, self-starters who are passionate about client service to join our Learnership program starting on October 16, 2023.

Requirements Of Guardrisk Learnership Programme

To be eligible for this opportunity, you must meet the following criteria:South African citizenshipAged between 18-25Passed Grade 12 or have an NQF level 4 qualificationPassed pure Maths with a minimum of 60% or Mathematical literacy with 70%Passed English with a minimum of 65%Currently unemployedHave not participated in a learnership beforeDuties & ResponsibilitiesBeing part of our Learnership opens doors to various career paths, including Claims and Operations.

While successful completion of the Learnership doesn’t guarantee full-time employment, it provides invaluable experience to kick-start your career.

If selected, you’ll be employed for a period of twelve (12) months, receiving a monthly stipend of R3,500.
