What will you do?
A role exists in the Group Transformation Office (GTO) within the Market Development and Sustainability Division of the Sanlam Group. The role will report to the Transformation Business Partner in the Transformation Office. The successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling tasks set out by the department, these are listed below:
- Supporting the relevant Transformation lead person in GTO to co-ordinate and provide administration support with five Socio-economic Transformation programmes. This would entail, attending of meetings and taking of minutes, performing research, coordinating and supporting with project deliverables.
- The successful candidate will be required to support with BEE reporting management and co-ordination of reporting.
What will make you successful in this role?
- Provide general administrative and project management support to the Group Transformation Team
- Coordinate activities pertaining to the implementation of initiatives in the Group Transformation Team.
- Ability to build relationships with various internal and external stakeholders in support of sustainability projects.
- Provide reporting and data management support to the transformation team.
Qualification and Experience
- Be in possession of a degree (BCom or other relevant fields) or a 3-year National Diploma.
- Must be between the ages of 18-34
- Must not have already or previously been included in an Inseta internship funded programme
Knowledge and Skills
- Office Management skills
- Good organisation skills
- Knowledge of Transformation and B-BBEE landscape
- Knowledge of legislation which influences Transformation and BEE
- MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Strong reporting and analytical skills

Turnaround time
