RCL FOODS is currently seeking for Business Improvement Intern. The role will be based in Speciality Centurion and will require an eager, resilient and energetic Intern to join th Business Improvement Team.

Minimum Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering
Must reside in Gauteng

Gap Analysis
Map out operational gaps
Drive/pioneer solutions developed by Business Analyst to close operational gaps
Headcount Tracking
Track daily plant headcount vs volumes
Review results with the BA
Engage Process Leaders & Supervisors on variances and lack of adherence
Identfiy headcount reduction opportunities & test feasibility
Housekeeping
Partake in monthly housekeeping audits – record summarize & review findings with the BA
Share results with the cross-functional team & assist shopfloor team with closing identified gaps
Material Usage
Track weekly plant material usages – implement (engage with shopfloor team) control documents developed by BA
Monitor effectiveness control documents
