- Matric (Equivalent to high school diploma)Code 08 Driver’s license (Valid driver’s license for a regular vehicle)3 years of experience in an inventory environmentThree years of data capturing experienceExpert user of MS Excel with at least 3 years of working experience, including the ability to compile formulasKnowledge of MS Word and PowerPointExperience with the SAP software systemFull Microsoft Office experience is essential Primary Duties:
- Creation of RFQs (Request for Quotation), expedition, and deliveries of inventory ordersAssistance with bi-annual stock takesFuel management, including monitoring and orderingAdministrative support, including daily and monthly inventory reportingCompliance with all SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality) related policies and procedures

- Computer literacy in the MS Office package and SAP
