 About Consulting Career Accelerator (Internship Opportunity):

Palladium Consulting Career Accelerator (Internship Opportunity) is designed to encourage fresh graduates in order to get exposure to the consulting world which offers you a lasting experience with the direct exposure to the clients.  We will support you in your development of knowledge around the services we offer and go through some of Palladium trainings to enhance your skills.  You will also be supported by the team of Consultants within the project and industry experts.

Key Responsibilities:

While your role will vary considerably, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and contributing to business development activities, conducting market analysis, and developing proposals
  • Providing input for technical reports and presentations
  • Working closely with clients and Palladium teams to develop, test and implement solutions on the central issues facing clients and external partners, identify and undertake relevant research, and synthesize results into analysis that forms the basis of the deliverables
  • Undertaking administrative support for programs to support delivery

Duration:

Three (3) months which might be extendable for another three (3) months

 Eligibility & Qualifications:

We are looking for people who are passionate about consulting, program management and who love to learn. You will be someone who is good at building relationships with the team and clients. If you are good at analytical skills, problem solving skills, creative thinking, with good organizational skills, this opportunity is for you.

  • Students who are in final year at the university or a recent graduate
  • Ability to prioritize, work under tight deadlines and adapt to changes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Ability to work well in teams and with clients
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks in changing environments
