Who is eligible to apply?
To apply for JumpStart’s core programmes, you must meet these general criteria:

What programmes are available?
JumpStart offers several training programmes, including:
- Retail Frontline Programme (RFP): A two-week course for entry-level positions in retail, including an online life skills course and one week of practical, in-store work experience.
- Retail Essentials Programme (REP): A six-month internship for more specialised retail roles. It combines theoretical learning with in-store work experience.
- Retail Sales Programme (RSP): A two-week training experience for customer-facing retail sales positions, including life skills, sales theory, and in-store experience.
- Professional Retail Programme (PRP): A nine-month graduate internship designed to build skills for junior positions in buying, planning, and store management.
- Professional Manufacturing Programme (PMP): A nine-month practical and theoretical course for graduates interested in roles like pattern-making, costing, and production.
- Warehousing Basics: A short course that includes online and in-person training, plus one week of hands-on experience in a warehouse setting.
