Main purpose of the role | ||
The role of the Human Resources Graduate is to support the HR Team in the day-to-day HR activities in accordance with the Group’s human resources policies and procedures. | ||
Essential responsibilities and duties | ||
The main missions of the role are:Assist the HR team in personnel administration, implementation of group HR policies and their follow-up, staffing issues or industrial relations.Propose action plans and participate in their deployment.Collect information and prepare reports in line with Group HR policies for month-end figures and follow up indicators.Ensure that the organization complies with labour laws.Participate in Plant HR ActivitiesRepresent HR at the daily Plant Top 5 if requiredAssume responsibility for assigned FES chaptersAnswer employee queries related to payrollParticipate in training or Health Safety & Environment (HSE) issues if necessary. | ||
Qualifications and position requirements | ||
Education▪ Bachelor’s Degree or other relevant tertiary qualification with a specialisation in HR Experience▪ Strong willingness to learn IR/ Employee relations▪ Familiar with HR Information systems as well as MS office (advantageous)▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills▪ Minimum bi-lingual (English required) |
