Step 1: Check eligibility & requirements

Step 3: Register (if using the eRecruitment Portal)

If the post is advertised through the SAPS e‐Recruitment portal:

  3. Confirm/verify your account (often via email).

Step 4: Complete your profile & prepare documents

  • Fill out your user profile: personal info, contact details, educational qualifications.
  • Get all required documents ready: ID copy, Matric certificate, any tertiary qualifications, proof of residence, etc.
  • Some posts will require a specific form: e.g. Form Z83 (for public service posts) or other SAPS‐specific forms.

Step 5: Submit your application
