Purpose Statement
To greet clients warmly and manage branch flow efficiently, ensuring smooth queue operations, delivering exceptional client service, and aiding clients at the ATM, while also handling transactions on various self-service channels. This role offers an opportunity to acquire the necessary knowledge, skills, and experience for service consulting.

Experience
Minimum:
No prior experience necessary, but candidates must hold a Grade 12 National Certificate.
Ideal:
Some experience in client service within a retail, financial, or banking setting.
