Job description
ArcelorMittal South Africa is offering training opportunities to individuals in possession of grade 12 certificates to be trained as a Process Operator focussing on the Steel Manufacturing Process. The training program is based on a structured outcome-based approach which includes institutional and on the job training. Regular assessment and progress monitoring will form an integral part of the learnership program. Opportunities are available across our Vanderbijlpark and Vereeniging Operations.A contractual training agreement will apply. The Production Learnership includes Training related cost, Personal Protective Equipment, Payment of Institutional Training, On-site Personal Insurance, as well as, a monthly stipend.
