Job DescriptionAECI SHEQ Graduate Trainee Internship
Maintain and control all SHEQ System Documentation.Assist the SHEQ Department with administrative duties.Assisting with internal and external SHEQ matters, such as SHEQ Inductions,Reviewing and maintaining contractor HSE files.Manage and Control PPE – issuing and ordering.Prepare SDS’s and Tremcard as required and update as necessary.
Arrange SHEQ equipment monitoring/ inspections. Co-ordinate the following:Surveys (underground monitoring, illumination, ventilation, noise etc.)Occupational Health – arrange pre-employment, regular medicals and exit medicals as required.

Qualifications & Experience
MatricNational Diploma in Safety Management, OR Environmental ScienceInclude statement of results in applicationSome familiarity with occupational laws and regulationsSome familiarity of environmental laws, regulationsAwareness of sustainability principles and initiatives
