Location: Various centres, Free State, South AfricaJob Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to welcome clients and coordinate branch flow efficiently by managing queues.Provide excellent client service by assisting clients at the ATM and completing transactions on any remote or self-service channels.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum: No experience required, but individuals should have a Grade 12 National Certificate.Ideal: At least 1 year of client service experience within a retail/financial/banking environment.

Qualifications (Minimum): Grade 12 National Certificate / VocationalKnowledge:

Basic calculationsKnowledge of Capitec Bank products and internal business processes

Skills:

Conditions of Employment:
